Real photos of the riders and bikes. New settings, made with AI.

A visual campaign concept for cycling brands, with product images and short videos for social media. The scenes were generated with AI from real photos of the riders and the bikes.

The first series is mountain biking and focuses on the relationship between rider, bike and landscape: forests in warm sunset light, dirt trails and jumps over rocks. The second shows road scenes with two cyclists on open routes, in morning light.

There is also a third line of work: turning studio photos of bikes on a white background into realistic outdoor photos. Here digital retouching carries a lot of weight, because the bike has to be faithful to the model in every detail: frame, components, tyres and colour.

The two vertical videos are AI animations based on these real photos, 26 and 17 seconds long.
