What data is processed

This website has no forms or user accounts. The only personal data processed is what you send yourself by email, phone or WhatsApp (name, contact details and what you tell me about the project).

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymous or pseudonymised usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate country).

Purpose

To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and, if there is a commission, manage the professional relationship and invoicing. Analytics is used only to understand which pages work and to improve the site.

Legal basis

Your consent when you get in touch or accept cookies, pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract, and compliance with legal (tax and accounting) obligations.

Retention

Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if there is a business relationship, for the legally required periods. Analytics data is kept according to the Google Analytics settings (14 months at most).

Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. The site is hosted on Firebase (Google) and analytics is provided by Google Analytics; Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to toni@toniriera.art. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
