Practical answers about AI commercials and advertising. Why AI gets the product wrong, what a commercial costs and how I work so your product is the real one in every shot.

Why does AI video change your product between shots? (and how to stop it)
AI video models don’t know your product: they rebuild it in every shot from probabilities, with no 3D model or record of what it really looks like. That’s why the logo changes shape, the label turns illegible or the packaging mutates when the angle changes. The way to avoid it is not to let the AI invent the product: start from real images, composite and retouch the keyframes by hand before animating, and discard any take where the product changes.

At Toni Riera AI Studio, an AI commercial costs from €350 for a 10–15 second social product video, from €800 for a 12–20 second social spot, from €1,200 for a 20–30 second spot and from €2,500 for a 30–60 second campaign spot. These are guide prices excluding VAT, with no shoot, and include music and sound. The final price depends mainly on the number of shots, the duration and the versions.

An AI commercial fits when you already have images of the product, the setting is expensive or impossible to shoot, you need several versions or the deadline doesn’t allow for a shoot. A shoot is still better when the ad relies on a nuanced performance, on showing the product really working or on real people. AI isn’t automatically worse or just cheaper: it’s a different way to produce, and what decides the result is art direction and finish.

Yes, you can make an AI commercial with your real product. The product isn’t generated: it starts from photos taken from 3 or 4 angles, renders or packaging files, is composited by hand into the keyframes and is only animated once you’ve approved it. You send the material and approve the product as stills; AI creates the setting and the motion.

To choose an AI commercial studio, don’t focus on which tools it uses but on how it controls the result: whether it keeps your product accurate in every shot, lets you approve keyframes before animation, has finished commercials for real brands, what the price includes and who owns the rights. These seven questions help you compare proposals.

AI car commercials: how to keep the vehicle accurate
The car is the hardest product for AI: reflective bodywork, wheels, headlights, badges and an exact colour that must be the same in every shot. In an AI automotive commercial the car isn’t generated: it starts from official images, renders or a 3D model of the vehicle, is composited and retouched in every keyframe and is only animated once approved. That keeps it accurate even when the setting is invented.
