Two pilot videos for the footwear brand Bryan Stepwise, one landscape and one vertical, designed for social media.

The starting point was two shoe models and two locations. From there I generated the outfits and look of two women, designed the shot types and camera moves, and animated them with today’s best AI models.

In fashion the challenge is twofold: the lead has to be the same person in every shot, and the shoe has to be exactly the brand’s, with its shape, material and strap. That’s why I retouched the keyframes before animating them. The comparison shows one of those keyframes: the AI output and the final retouch, with the skin, hair and coat texture refined.

The videos combine wide shots by the sea and on stone streets with close-ups of the shoes, and end on the brand logo.
