Overview
This project explores the creation of a fashion-forward visual story featuring an AI-generated model styled in two distinct outfits: a cozy indoor look (oversized striped shirt) and a sophisticated outdoor outfit (black cotton trench coat, knitwear, and glossy synthetic leather trousers). The concept was to achieve a premium editorial feel, reminiscent of a real photographer-led shoot, by combining AI generation with high-end digital retouching in a classic black-and-white aesthetic. The client, a clothing brand, required a strong visual identity with a consistent model across multiple scenes.

The Challenge
The main challenge was to ensure character consistency across multiple AI-generated images while switching between very different environments and looks. The goal was to create a single model who could believably appear in both intimate indoor and natural outdoor contexts — maintaining facial identity, mood, and realism throughout. Working with AI models, facial variation and style inconsistency are common issues, especially when outfit changes or complex scenes are involved.
The Solution
To solve this, we combined precise AI generation prompts with advanced post-production techniques, including AI-assisted retouching and inpainting. Facial features were harmonized across the series, lighting and shadows were adjusted for visual cohesion, and small morphological corrections were made to retain realism. The final result: three cohesive, high-end visuals that tell a coherent story, bringing editorial fashion aesthetics into the realm of synthetic image production.
